Refund & Chargeback Policy

MTrax Group LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy once services have commenced.

Refund Eligibility:

• Only available if cancellation is requested before any work has begun

Non-Refundable Conditions:

• Document preparation has started
• Client fails to provide required information
• Third-party delays or denials

Chargeback Prevention:

• Clear service agreement prior to payment
• Written acknowledgment from client
• Proof of service initiation and delivery

Any chargeback disputes will be responded to with full documentation of services rendered.
